Vuelta Group completed the acquisition of Scanbox Entertainment.

Vuelta Group, a studio operator, completed the acquisition of Scanbox Entertainment, an independent film distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through development, financing, production and distribution with European DNA, we will become a pan-European center for all talent. Vuelta Group is the only group that combines unique local distribution expertise with international production capacity," David Atlan-Jackson, Vuelta Group Chief Content Officer.
