Valmet to acquire Business Area Tissue from Körber Group for €380m.

Valmet, a global developer and supplier of technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries, agreed to acquire Business Area Tissue from Körber Group, an international technology group, for €380m. “Valmet benefits from the growing demand for bio-based products globally.
