Cofinimmo, a Belgian real estate company, completed the acquisition of Les Jardins d’Ameline, a nursing and care home, for €30m. “We are pleased to be able to add this premium nursing and care home to our Belgian portfolio and to continue our partnership with Orelia Zorg.
