Systra completed the acquisition of Scandinavian Engineering Group from SNC-Lavalin for €93.67m.

Systra, engineering and consultancy groups, completed the acquisition of Scandinavian Engineering Group, operator of the Webs Terminal, from SNC-Lavalin, an engineering services company, for €93.67m. "The closing of the sale further optimizes our portfolio of activities and ensures that we can be fully focused on the areas of our business with the highest value-creation potential," Ian L.
