Mutares to acquire Recover Nordic.

Mutares, a German based holding company, agreed to acquire Recover Nordic, a property remediation services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. „With this transaction, Mutares further builds on its successful presence in Finland, having recently acquired Palmia, where our turnaround program is already starting to show results.
