Ardonagh Advisory completed the acquisition of AMS Insurance Solutions.

Ardonagh Advisory, a broking platform, completed the acquisition of AMS Insurance Solutions, a regional broker, providing commercial and personal lines insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As part of the Ardonagh Advisory platform, we will benefit from increased buying power and access to a wider range of products and services, ultimately improving our offer to clients," Andrew Burrell, AMS Insurance Solutions Director.
