Daikin Comfort Technologies-backed AirReps completed the acquisition of Integrated Systems and Controls and InControl.

Daikin Comfort Technologies-backed AirReps, a producer of AirPods replicas, completed the acquisition of Integrated Systems and Controls, an OEM startup and InControl, a control monitoring and metering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both acquisitions will greatly enhance the capabilities of AirReps and will allow us to provide a more comprehensive array of services for our customers. This will include an expanded variety of products, controls support and service from start-up and warranty to long term maintenance and repair,” Takayuki (Taka) Inoue, Daikin Comfort Technologies Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
