HIG Capital-backed Grupo Ransa, a third-party logistics (“3PL”) player in Latin America, completed the merger of Transportes Centroamericanos del Futuro, a provider of land freight transportation, storage, and container repair services to major shipping lines across Central America. Financial terms were not disclosed.
