Bolton Group to acquire Unipak.

Bolton Group, a consumer goods company, agreed to acquire Unipak, a chemical and technical products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased that Unipak has joined Bolton Adhesives. The Unipak brand is a valuable addition to our brand family and the strong market position in the Nordic region and Poland strengthens our regional presence,” Remko Tetenburg, Bolton Group CEO.
