ING Corporate Investments completed the acquisition of GDW Group.

ING Corporate Investments, a financial and strategic partner which invests in small and medium size enterprises, completed the acquisition of GDW Group, a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes towbars, wiring kits, bicycle racks and winches for the automotive aftermarket. Financial terms were not disclosed.
