Synopsis

Edit

Arterex, a medical device contract manufacturer, completed the acquisition of NextPhase Medical Devices, a provider of medical device design, development, manufacturing, and assembly solutions service, from Kidd & Company, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been honored to work with Carlo, Jim, and each of the previous business owners and their respective organizations over the last eight years to generate tremendous growth, jobs and prosperity for everyone involved. We set out with the goal of building a comprehensive supply chain partner to the top medical device manufacturers and could not be happier with what the team has been able to achieve. We appreciate the experience and resources that KCO brought to bear on behalf of the business and are excited for the next stage of our growth," Ken Heuer, Kidd & Company principal and NextPhase Board member.
