Arterex completed the acquisition of NextPhase Medical Devices from Kidd & Company.

Arterex, a medical device contract manufacturer, completed the acquisition of NextPhase Medical Devices, a provider of medical device design, development, manufacturing, and assembly solutions service, from Kidd & Company, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
