Yotta Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SEDI-ATI from IDF Capital.

Yotta Capital Partners, a French investment fund, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SEDI-ATI, a fiber optic components specialist, from IDF Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Yotta as a new shareholder, the company intends to accelerate its development in the key markets of low-carbon energies, in particular nuclear and wind power, healthcare, and data communication, while continuing to invest in R&D to offer new innovations to its customers. Yotta Capital will also support SEDI-ATI's teams in addressing environmental issues to significantly reduce carbon intensity," SEDI-ATI.
