Charterhouse Capital Partners, a private equity firm operating in Europe, and AlpInvest Partners, a global private equity company specializing in primary funds, completed the investment in Sagemcom, a global provider of fully customized and innovative broadband gateways, entertainment hubs, smart meters, and associated software solutions for the B2B2C markets.
