Vance Street Capital-backed Micronics Enginereed Filtration Group completed the acquisition of Advanced Filtration Technologies from FLSmidth.

Vance Street Capital-backed Micronics Engineered Filtration Group, a company that provides pressure filtration, vacuum filtration, and dry filtration/baghouse solutions, completed the acquisition of Advanced Filtration Technologies, a provider of custom lubrication solutions, from FLSmidth, a full flowsheet technology and service supplier to the global mining and cement industries.
