Wind Point Partners-backed Vertex completed the acquisition of Breakwater Forensics.

Wind Point Partners-backed Vertex, a firm that provides expert witness and dispute resolution services, forensic consulting, engineering design, surety, construction project advisory and environmental consulting, completed the acquisition of Breakwater Forensics, a consulting firm with expertise including commercial damages, forensic accounting, fraud investigations, business valuations, government contracts, construction contract claims, intellectual property and insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed.
