RTC Partners-backed Verdantas, an environmental consulting firm that solves complex natural problems, completed the acquisition of Clemson Engineering Hydraulics, an engineering consulting firm that provides physical hydraulic modeling services to pump manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
