IN Groupe completed the acquisition of Gleitsmann Security Inks from hubergroup.

IN Groupe, a French company specializing in the production of secure documents such as identity cards and passports, completed the acquisition of Gleitsmann Security Inks, a global manufacturer of security inks for state print works and commercial high-security printers, from hubergroup, a company specializing in printing inks, coatings and press room chemistry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The sale of our shares in GSI will enable us to continue investing in the future growth of our new Chemicals Division and other strategic projects. I am glad that the transaction at the same time provides GSI with many synergies for the future expansion of its business.
