Greenvolt to acquire 125 MW Alamogordo solar and storage project from Solariant Capital and Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure.

Greenvolt, a green and renewable energy production company, agreed to acquire 125 MW Alamogordo solar and storage project from Solariant Capital, a renewable energy development and investment company, and Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure, an investment company focusing on wide range of businesses and infrastructure in renewable energy sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Greenvolt is delighted to partner with Solariant on this important project in New Mexico.
