Greenvolt, a green and renewable energy production company, agreed to acquire 125 MW Alamogordo solar and storage project from Solariant Capital, a renewable energy development and investment company, and Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure, an investment company focusing on wide range of businesses and infrastructure in renewable energy sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Greenvolt is delighted to partner with Solariant on this important project in New Mexico. Greenvolt is committed to partnering with communities and industry leaders to accelerate the energy transition, and our goal is to continue to expand into additional markets across the country," Weronika Nowak, Greenvolt US Deputy Country Manager.
