Carlyle-backed Unchained Labs, a life sciences company that’s all about getting biologics and gene therapy researchers the right tools for the job, completed the acquisition of Blacktrace, a technology company specializing in biology, nanomaterial sciences, chemistry, and microfluidics. Financial terms were not disclosed.
