Mill Point Capital-backed Seviroli Foods completed the acquisition of Mama Rosie’s.

Mill Point Capital-backed Seviroli Foods, is a manufacturer of frozen pasta and other food products and importer of specialty foods, completed the acquisition of Mama Rosie’s, a second-generation family-owned manufacturer of frozen pasta products primarily in the Northeastern United States.
