Nokera to acquire R+S Group from Haspa and Deutsche Beteiligungs.

Nokera, an industrial real estate agency that specializes in the construction of living spaces in timber construction buildings, agreed to acquire R+S Group, a service company in building, marine and industrial technology, from Haspa and Deutsche Beteiligungs, private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with our new shareholders, we are well positioned to expand our range of services to other business areas and to focus more strongly on customers in those industries with particularly promising future prospects," Ralph Burkhardt, R+S Group CEO.
