Wasserman to acquire CSM Sport & Entertainment from Providence Equity Partners.

Wasserman, a sports marketing and talent management company, agreed to acquire CSM Sport & Entertainment, a sport and entertainment agency, from Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments in media, communications, education and technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
