Tikehau Capital to acquire a majority stake in CROWD from Convent Capital.

Tikehau Capital, an alternative asset management group, agreed to acquire a majority stake in CReators of the Outside WorlD, a panEuropean leading provider of cycling infrastructure and sustainable street furniture, from Convent Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CROWD has outperformed the European market and is well positioned to continue its growth trajectory, thanks to its innovative product offering, which supports the shift towards greener spaces and growth of low-carbon mobility.
