Arlington Capital Partners-backed Eqlipse Technologies completed the acquisition of UES.

Arlington Capital Partners-backed Eqlipse Technologies, a company that specializes in cyber and signals intelligence engineering for national security customers completed the acquisition of UES, a Dayton, Ohio-based science and technology company providing leading research and development services to national security customers including the Air Force Research Laboratory. Financial terms were not disclosed. UES is joining Eqlipse as a founding member. This new platform will provide innovative products and high-end engineering solutions to critical members within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Joining Eqlipse gives UES the opportunity to unite its mature R&D capabilities with Eqlipse’s industry-leading full-spectrum services to provide end-to-end mission-oriented solutions to key national security customers.
