Inflexion Private Equity Partners completed the acquisition of DWF Group for £342m.

Inflexion Private Equity Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of DWF Group, a global legal business, headquartered in Manchester, England, for £342m. "We have followed DWF's progress since IPO with interest and have been very impressed with the development of the business and expansion of its offering to date.
