Accor completed the acquisition of the remaining 63% stake in Potel & Chabot from Andera Partners.

Accor, a multinational hospitality company that owns, manages and franchises hotels, resorts, and vacation properties, completed the acquisition of the remaining 63% stake in Potel & Chabot, a French tailor-made event organizer, from Andera Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For Accor, this transaction aligns with its strategy to simplify the Group's minority holdings. By acquiring this distinguished brand, Accor will benefit from an expertise that complements the Group's strategy to deliver augmented hospitality and organize upscale events," Accor press release.
