Ds Group completed the acquisition of Viceroy Bangalore Hotels.

Ds Group, a rapidly growing, multi-diversified conglomerate with presence in diverse industry sectors, completed the acquisition of Viceroy Bangalore Hotels, a hospitality services company that owns restaurants, hotels, and convention centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, the DS Group expands its hospitality footprint and reinforces its continued commitment to the hospitality business.
