Super Group, a broad-based supply chain management business listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange, completed the acquisition of a 78.82% stake in Amco Services, a global logistics company providing high-quality and efficient freight forwarding, warehousing & distribution, and customs clearance, for £30m. The acquisition would complement the group’s supply chain offering, providing opportunities for market share gains across the UK and Europe.
