Brookfield Infrastructure, a publicly traded limited partnership, Reliance Industries-backed Jio, a provider of wireless telecommunication services, and Digital Realty, a real estate investment trust, to form Digital Connexion: A Brookfield, Jio and Digital Realty Company, a joint venture company that provides the full spectrum of highly-connected and scalable data center, colocation and interconnection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
