Dentressangle completed the acquisition of Naturacare.

Dentressangle, a family-owned investment holding company in France and throughout Europe, completed the acquisition of Naturacare, a player in the formulation, production and packaging of food supplements to improve human and animal health. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Naturacare adventure continues with a new shareholder, renowned for its support, ambition and agility.
