Bain Capital-backed Enhance Health to acquire JET Health Solutions.

Bain Capital-backed Enhance Health, a digital health insurance brokerage and care navigation platform, agreed to acquire JET Health Solutions, a premier Enhanced Direct Enrollment platform.
