CareDx completed the acquisition of MediGO.

CareDx, a precision medicine company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers, completed the acquisition of MediGO, a health consultant company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MediGO shares our patient-centric mission to improve the transplant journey and brings a wealth of expertise to CareDx.
