Calibre Scientific completed the acquisition of Mervilab.

Calibre Scientific, a distribution company that offers a wide range of life science and diagnostics products, completed the acquisition of Mervilab, a provider of laboratory consumables and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining forces with Calibre Scientific allows Mervilab to embark on a new chapter of growth and innovation while staying true to the values that have shaped it.
