Wavestone, a French consulting company, completed the merger with Q_Perior, a business consulting company, in a €330m deal. "Together, we aim to create a new European consulting champion with a global reach, while embracing our European roots, the human values that we cherish, and our commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen," Pascal Imbert, Wavestone Chairman and CEO.
