Diagnostic Medical Systems completed the acquisition of Solutions For Tomorrow from Verso Capital.

Diagnostic Medical Systems, a company that designs, produces and markets medical imagery devices, completed the acquisition of Solutions For Tomorrow, a company that provides Mobile X-ray for surveys outside major hospitals, from Verso Capital, a private equity firm.
