XTI Aircraft, an aviation company developing the TriFan 600, agreed to merge with Inpixon, a provider of real-time location systems, in a $343m deal. In 2019, we successfully conducted multiple hover tests of our two-thirds scale unmanned proof-of-concept configuration of the TriFan.
