Explorer Investments, a Venture capital investment fund, based in Portugal, which has been investing in small and medium-sized companies in the industry, energy, construction, commerce, tourism, transport/logistics and services sectors, completed the acquisition of Grupo Your, a provider of accounting, human resources and administrative services, as well as auditing, tax and financial consultancy intended to guarantee the monitoring of the evolution of businesses. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
