CRH-backed Oldcastle infrastructure completed the acquisition of Hydro International from Agilitas Private Equity.

CRH-backed Oldcastle infrastructure, a provider of building materials, products and services for infrastructure projects, completed the acquisition of Hydro International, a provider of advanced solutions to help municipal, industrial and construction customers to improve their water management processes, from Agilitas Private Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The opportunities for synergy between Oldcastle Infrastructure and Hydro are tremendous.
