Oxford Properties and Pioneer Group to form a joint venture.

Oxford Properties, a Canadian multinational corporation, with operations in real estate investment, development and property management, and Pioneer Group, a UK nationwide company that combines laboratory development and operation with venture building, agreed to form a joint venture.
