ALTEN Group to acquire Ayesa Air Control.

ALTEN Group, an IT services company, agreed to acquire Ayesa Air Control, a joint venture between ayesa and GSC. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since its inception in 2011, AAC has quickly positioned itself as one of the leading providers of aeronautical manufacturing engineering for customers such as Airbus. As part of our development strategy, we have decided to take a step forward that will open many doors for us and allow us to continue growing and improving our potential under the leadership of an international group,” Carmen Clavijo, Ayesa Air Control CEO.
