Bridgepoint Development Capital-backed Sotralu Group completed the acquisition of FR Accessories.

Bridgepoint Development Capital-backed Sotralu Group, a designer and producer of accessories for aluminium doors and windows, completed the acquisition of FR Accessories, an Italian company specialising in the production of aluminium window and door accessories including brackets and cremone bolts, double handles, tilt and turn sashes, hinges and glazing beads.
