Alkemia and Banca Ifis completed the acquisition of Pakelo.

Alkemia, a business consulting firm, and Banca Ifis, a bank, completed the acquisition of Pakelo, an oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Pakelo, in fact, can represent a starting point for the construction of an important growth path for internal and external lines. In 2022, the company recorded revenues of approximately 47 million euros and in 2023 it expects to cross the 50 million threshold," Alkemia.
