Vanquis Banking Group completed the acquisition of uSnoop.

Vanquis Banking Group, a specialist bank, completed the acquisition of uSnoop, a money-saving fintech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vanquis Banking Group is uniquely positioned to become the leading lender to underserved consumers.
