T-Rex Solutions completed the acquisition of Cyber Cloud Technologies.

T-Rex Solutions, an IT professional services firm helping federal government modernize, protect, and scale its systems and data, completed the acquisition of Cyber Cloud Technologies, an Information Technology services firm that provides a suite of enterprise IT services to the federal government, including cybersecurity and cloud services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In direct alignment with our strategy, this acquisition will accelerate growth in support of the most critical mission: our Nation’s security.
