Nesma & Partners completed the acquisition of Kent from Bluewater.

Nesma & Partners, a contracting company in the Middle East, completed the acquisition of Kent, a global energy services provider, from Bluewater, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Kent. This now marks a new chapter for both our companies.
