ENGIE to acquire Kukinia and Tychowo onshore wind farms from Marguerite.

ENGIE, a utility company, agreed to acquire Kukinia and Tychowo onshore wind farms, located in the north of Poland, from Marguerite, an infrastructure fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
