TeamSystem to acquire a 53% stake in Mikrogrup from Turkven-backed Dash Software.

TeamSystem, a software solutions provider, agreed to acquire a 53% stake in Mikrogrup, an application software company, from Turkven-backed Dash Software, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
