DUBAG Group completed the acquisition of promedi Personalmanagement from RIW Group.

DUBAG Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of promedi Personalmanagement, a recruiting company that provides staffing services for the health care sector, from RIW Group, an industrial company that offers maintenance and cleaning services with respect to machines, buildings, and hotels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Promedi to the DUBAG Group family.
