SCF Partners-backed Westbrook Energy Group completed the acquisition of Forged Components.

SCF Partners-backed Westbrook Energy Group, a globally-integrated, domestic manufacturer of pipe fittings and flanges located in Houston, TX, completed the acquisition of Forged Components, a vertically integrated provider of high-quality forged, heat treated, and machined pressure control connection products for the downstream, midstream, upstream, LNG, marine, aerospace, and defense markets.
