GGW Group completed the acquisition of Assurever.

GGW Group, an association of owner-managed insurance brokers, completed the acquisition of Assurever, a French travel insurance brokerage. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, GGW Group intends to accelerate its growth and establish itself in new markets, such as France. The transaction will enable Assurever to accelerate its growth in Europe to best support its clients.
